Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New Trier Township

Attempted to place phone order tonight Wednesday 1.17 and Aiden (automatic voice person couldn’t seem to get the order correct. I order the same thing each time 2-3 times per month. I called back and was on hold with Emma (automatic voice person number 2 this evening) and then she put me on hold. After being on hold for 5 minutes I just went into store n when asked what I would like i preceded to tell the employee that voice taking system is in need of repair or is severely messed up. Bad experience ordering take out on Halloween. I understand things get busy on Halloween and I know they were dealing with a broken oven, but the app told me to pick up the pizza in 11 min which I did, but when I got there, they told me it would take 90 minutes. Crazy that their systems can’t better calculate the order time accurately. I am hoping they cancel the order. I wound up ordering from Lefty’s, which took 20 min and tastes better but...

It's a Domino's pizza store. You know what you're getting here. A 5 star rating doesn't mean it's amazing food, it just means of the Domino's stores, this is a fantastic one. They make the food fast and efficient as I've yet to have a mistake in my orders. Can't comment on the delivery as I've only done in store pickup but from what I've seen this is a well...
