I was very disappointed with their service. Never got the chance to taste the food. I went to the store ordered by pointing to the menu pics of a #5 Whiting sandwich and a #6 Italian cheese burger and said no fries or soda. (Why they would call a cheeseburger with american cheese Italian idk). I told one of the young women working there with no hairnet that I wanted the cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and ketcup on the side . I waited in the non air condition for a good while, when presented with my order I received a cheeseburger with fries in the sandwhich. Then I was told that that's how the pic on the menu was and it's not. The fish sandwich was supposed to be on a hero I was given one on a small bun. When I complained , the woman took the order back but made no real response. I thought about it for a minute and decided to leave. She stopped me said fish was ready. So, I said ok just give me the fish, forget the cheeseburger. She handed me a bag with 2 pieces of fish in it. I refused to pay or take the order. She told me never to come back. Absolutely disgusted. Found a long black string inside my chicken sandwich
I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the hygiene standards at this place. While eating my chicken sandwich, I bit into something strange and discovered a long, thick black string embedded inside the chicken patty. This is not just gross. It is a serious choking hazard. I almost swallowed it before realizing what it was and had to pull it out from my throat.
The fact that such a foreign object made its way into the food raises major concerns about cleanliness, food safety, and basic quality control. It is completely unacceptable.
I even contacted them about this and they did NOTHING about it! They did not provide a solution nor did they apologize. They even tried to blame it on me as they arrogantly said "we don't use strings." Unbelievable.
I have attached photos as proof. I urge management to take this seriously and investigate the issue properly. No one should have to worry about nearly choking on debris when eating a meal they paid for.

I saw this small little chicken store and saw they had Ice rice so I decided to go in and ask for regular Ice rice WITH NO JELLY. They gave me Bubble tea Ice rice after telling them this they changed it and I told her THREE TIMES NO JELLY. I DONT EAT PORK or any jelly with gelatin resemblance. Listen I have worked fast food I hate annoying customers too. But it’s ABSURD to ask for something 3 times especially in a small establishment and still not getting it right. The fact I told her 3 times made me think I could go home in peace. WHEN I opened it was mainly Filled with the liquid BARELY ANY RICE & AN ABSURD AMOUNT OF JELLYYYY.
