I went in This afternoon to purchase lunch, The young guy who always takes my orders he always does such a great job was in the mist of preparing my sandwich while the older guy took the payment. I noticed that he charged me $10 today for tuna on a wrap with the bag of chips when I bought the same exact meal yesterday and the same gentleman charge me nine dollars so I asked him why you charge me $10 today when yesterday it was nine dollars he was very rude and I’ve noticed that he’s just not a nice person I go into the store every day I work around the corner from there from now on I will not do any business with him. We used their Grubhub to order ahead but they decided not to start the order until well after we arrived to pick it up. The staff was rude when we asked for our order and then once they finished making it, 15 minutes after we got there and 10 minutes after they said it would be ready, they did not tell us it was ready and we waited another 10 minutes until we decided to go up and ask to make sure they didn’t forget us again, which was when they grabbed the order from the shelf, even though they knew we were standing there waiting. Placed an order through uber eats...Very simple order...2 toasted sesame bagels with butter....i got two cold plain bagels no butter. I also received a rude phone call from the place saying because I live in apt building, i would need to go meet them in my lobby.
