Burger King — Restaurant in New York

My coworker and I went in today for lunch,We noticed that the small order of chicken fries meal was $5.09 so we had asked for two orders of that meal. An employee given us a blank piece of paper that said $14 on it since this Burger King is part of a gas station we have to go to the counter to pay. Guy at the counter didn’t know what the order was for and had to ask. I kindly went back to the employee and asked them why it was charged $14 since we got a small and it was $5.09 each he simply stated “ that’s the way it is and you have to do a seperate order” I then stated “I never went to a burger king where I ordered two of the same meals and got over charged for it since it was $5.09 each it should had came out to 10.18+ tax”. He said no it’s part of a meal plan which he was referring to the 2 for $14 meal plan which that plan does not have the chicken fries as an option. We ended up doing the seperate orders however this employee had an attitude as soon as we walked in to order. By the way when we walked in he said the machine “didn’t work” for the receipts, but yet given us a receipt right after we put the two seperate orders however he was no where near the machine...

I’m just going to put this right here…As far as I can remember, I have NEVER in my life ordered a burger from ANY fast food burger place and received my burgers that are made PERFECTLY like this BK. I can’t even believe that it’s not even a full size BK; it’s a gas station (Bolla) take out BK. I work right next to this place and every sandwich I have ever ordered from here has been made to look EXACTLY like you see in the pictures and commercials. Perfectly placed and finished off being wrapped better than a Christmas present for your wife. The young ladies behind the counter are kind and take pride in their job. Burger King cooperate and Harry Singh (Bolla President) should definitely treat them good. I honestly can’t believe a fast food place consistently puts out a presentable product...

Absolutely the worst Burger King I’ve ever dealt with.

They constantly cancel Grubhub and DoorDash orders without explanation.

The staff is unprofessional, rude, and downright nasty.

Their system is a complete disaster, and the crew clearly doesn’t care about customers at all.

This place is a nightmare someone should honestly sue them for how they operate.

Horrible service, horrible crew, horrible management.
