The chuppah/wedding of my dreams happened here and it wouldn't have been possible without the coordinator Ewa and the venue's representative and owner Igor. Igor went above and beyond to mitigate and peacefully negotiate a menu and party that worked for both sides, and made sure our wedding was the first to premiere a fondue machine from Italy that people couldn't stop raving about. The presentation of the food, the kindness of the catering staff, and the care and attention to detail that Igor put into the holiday made for an incredible time, and truly allowed both sets of parents to be present with us and our guests. His attention to detail is such that frankly, it was felt even when he initially gave us a tour half a year out and we told him of our "Eden in the Spring + Bougie Oasis" inspired theme. Looking back I am not sure this made any sense, but it must have because he NAILED it. I always felt that if I had questions or concerns that I could approach him, and can only speak volumes about his care and passion for his work. It is a testament to his talent that 200+ people's worth from both sides felt heard and understood and seen, and it was all because of Igor's unwavering patience and commitment to doing the most he could possibly do to help us set the ambience we were looking for on our special day.

As for Ewa, I know for a fact NOTHING would have been so seamless without her. There was no question she could not answer, nothing she could not fix, and no issue that arose she could not solve. She made last-minute adjustments feel like they belonged there the whole time, and every vendor in contact with us since the wedding has raved about her professionalism and her attentiveness half as often as the guests raved about how well-organized and fluid the flow was on the day. I dream of the day I could hire her to coordinate every single party I ever host, and beyond being a bride have spent already countless hours the first week as a newlywed thinking about how much easier everything would be if she was a life-coordinator too (in our wildest dreams, I know).

All I can say is wow and thank you and that I'm so happy we found this venue and these people. At worst, they've set a VERY high standard for what will be expected of our bigger parties in the future, in which case I do believe my first instinct will be to come back and party all over again!

Our wedding on November 26, 2023 at metropolitan ballroom was everything we could have wished for and more. First of all, Igor worked with us to execute everything we needed and went above and beyond from the moment we booked until the actual wedding day. It was so easy to work with him and we couldn’t be happier. Our wedding was exceptional and we have Igor and his incredible staff to thank. Max worked with me so effortlessly into making sure everything was set to perfection. He answered numerous phone calls on a daily basis and called me with every correction needed to be made. He made sure everyone was always on the same page so that the night would be perfect. Max was so honest, helpful, and was always there throughout the whole process! We used Iva as my bridal attendant and I couldn’t be more thankful for a person. Not only did she attend to me she attended to everyone in our family from start to finish. She truly went above and beyond and made the day stress free for everyone involved. Iva did it all behind the scenes and I am truly grateful for her. Everything we needed Iva was there doing it. Lastly, the staff and service exceeded all our expectations and truly blew us away as well as our guests. The food was top tier and the staff would be right there filling up empty glasses before the guests even had the opportunity to realize. The abundance of food, the amazing staff, the best bridal attendant, and the most beautiful venue, we couldn’t have picked a better place for our beautiful fairytale. This was a spectacular experience. We had a wedding on April 7th ,2024. We want to give a special THANK YOU to Igor and his fantastic team for making our wedding an unforgettable experience. Everything from the first visit to the last day, including a day of celebration, was amazing. Igor made this very important time for us as smooth as it can possible be. Great team, impeccable service from all staff is admirable. The presentation of food at the cocktail hour amazed us with its abundance and beauty. All the food looked not only appetizing but also very fresh and testy. Our guests were very pleased with the way they were served by the waiters. This is a very beautiful place for celebrating weddings. The spacious halls for holding ceremonies are distinguished by sophistication and comfort. And what a sweet table it was! This is simply fabulous beauty. Chocolate fandues of modern design delighted our guests.With what professionalism and love our sweet table was decorated with all kinds of delicacies, how accurately the designers worked, words can not describe it. I would like to give special mention to the wedding coordinator Eva. Our gratitude knows no bounds. She is a supreme professional in her field. A wonderful and decent person.
