Zinger Halal Express — Restaurant in New York

Update: Recently i've been trying to eat more healthy and in less portions, as a result me and my friend ordered Garden Salad and Chicken Caeser's Salad. I tried their Garden Salad, it was okay but my friend went for the Chicken Caeser Salad and it was mad delicious 😋, i know it was because i tried a few bites, especially the sauce they put on top, once you mix the salad and try it, your mouth will thank you. I added new photos that you can check for yourself. Though im not sure how healthy the Chicken Caeser Salad cus of the sauce.

Another amazing place, especially for muslim folks! Been here already 3 or 4 times and loved it.

I been ordering Double cheeseburgers, spicy and regular chicken sandwiches along with chicken and lamb over rice platters. Burgers and Chicken sandwiches: The meat is ripe, juicy and neither undercooked or overcooked.

Rice platters: Flavor of the white sauce in rice platters is more similar to Turkish style rather than Pakistani. The meat is also good and delicious. They add vegetables on the side by default. Also, although the rice platters used to come with bread at first and now they dont, it's not an issue.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is clean. Overall good experience, in fact, on my first visit I ordered some more for my friend's family and they loved it.

I’m not one to take my time to write bad reviews even when I don’t have the best experience at some places. But today was such a great disappointment at this restaurant that I felt the need to write this review. First of all, I went inside to order my food. The lady that’s working there at the front is severely lacking customer service skills. She didn’t acknowledge me AT ALL. She was fidgeting around elsewhere instead of taking my order as I was next in line. I was desperately waiting for her to take my order. I was holding it all in until she sneezed and immediately used her hand to cover her mouth as she sneezed some more. I was honestly disgusted by what I had just seen. Should I also add that she had her mask uncovered the whole time? She proceeded to touch everything around her including the food. She didn’t bother to go and wash her hands. I don’t think I’ll ever go back there after the lack of customer service there is, but most of all because of the hygiene precautions they clearly don’t follow. I guess they forgot all...

Kindly train or change your staff. Came to this place knowing it was Halal. Rude behavior from the Lady at the counter is just horrible . Came for a simple Halal burger , she tried skipping my order twice . I am waiting in line and she just ignores me. A simple chicken burger only took 30 minutes plus. When i asked nicely for my order she brought the order from the back . It was already made but she refused to give it to me until . I asked for honey mustard sauce and she just ignore. Train you employee to speak Properly and acknowledge customer . One of the worst experiences in a halal burger . Going forward i will tell my peers not to use this Halal joint .
