Ordered large pepperoni with extra cheese yesterday on the phone. Once I arrived i noticed anyone was allowed in and no markings or signs about social distancing. One guy behind the counter that ended up helping us, had his mask covering only his mouth. Another guy had mask on not even covering the mouth. It was on his chin. A girl that answered when I asked about cannoli didn’t have a mask on. She put the cream in the shell and packaged the cannoli with no mask on. My sister in law asked the guy that was helping me (older guy, thin, dark hair, mustache) for garlic knots, I then jumped in and said add another 2 ordered so we want 3. He put them in the oven and jumped to help someone else as if we were done. We wanted to order more along with the large pie. We didn’t. I noticed he gave one of our garlic knots order to someone else. When he took the two orders of Garlic knots out, he then took the 3rd one from the lower oven where he had initially the other person’s order that he gave out knots to. There was no thank you no courtesy nothing. When we got home the pizza was cold since while we were ordering other stuff he didn’t leave pizza on top of the stove. The garlic knots were cold and soggy. So soggy that when you touched them oil would fall out. I live on w6 and ave u so I’m not that far to say that’s why everything was cold. There was barely any pepperoni on the pie. Did I mention their cannoli was either 4.25 or 4.75 and when I said wow she dropped the price to 4? Fortunately since my aunt likes this place and she requested it for her birthday, she was so excited to have the pizza , she didn’t notice anything wrong. I didn’t brother telling her all that we experienced not to ruin her birthday. Thanks for reminding me of why I never go to this pizzeria. Next year if my aunt is still alive (has cancer) I will make sure to convince her that we use a different...
Read moreHave been coming here for years, the pizza is usually delicious. My complaint is about the service. Some workers are consistently rude and i see no one correcting them. One man that usually fills up the orders next to the pizza oven and wears a black cap is so ignorant and he’s been like that consistently. One example: Today i came in ti get a slice of pizza, i was waiting for him to pay attention and i gave him time because he was busy. What he usually does is while doing the work, he doesn’t look at you and mumbles something like “yes” and keeps working. Today i did not hear anything so i kept waiting. Next customer walks in orders chicken panini so he took care of him and put it in that little press to warm it up. Then one of the girls that takes phone orders walks up and asks me “did you order?”. I said, “No”. and she said “you’ve been waiting all this time?”. So she took care of me and acknowledged that the man is rude.. I appreciate that!.. Thank you! He may do his job well and make good pizza but if his rudeness and ignorance will keep customers from coming back and the owner cares less then fine. I’m going to give it another chance but i’ll wait for another worker to serve me. Btw, after the girl took care of me, i tried to talk to the man but he kept being ignorant and rude.. He told me that he was ready for me but i did not listen to him…so i tried to explain to him but he mumbles something and walked away. Well, for sure i did not because he needs to learn to acknowledge customers, look up and not down like a little boy when talking to people. If he doesn’t want to deal with people then he should find...
Read morePizza normally is great and I have been ordering / eating pizza from them in store for a few years with hardly any issues. However the service and the customer service lately is disappointing! Aside from a couple of times giving me the wrong items in my order such as wrong soda which is whatever, we still drank it. Im not going to have them redeliver a soda that wasn't the one I wanted. This time I had a different issue. I had a credit to use from a previous order item not being delivered. It seems that a refund at that time was more difficult since the guy kept going around about it, I felt bad so I accepted the future small credit. That was my fault for having a wrong number put on the site anyway. I completely understood and accepted the credit from them not being able to contact me to let me know that the item was not available. I was told to put in notes about me having a small credit and they would take care of it. Going forward to yesterday which is a few weeks after that incident I made a large pie order and put in notes about the small credit from a previous order. I noticed on the receipt I was charged the normal rate and no credit was given. I called to ask about this to see whats going on and the girl on the phone was so nasty and dismissive that she said it only works calling to the store. She didnt even let me explain and her tone was very unpleasant that I decided to just give up. As much as they have a good variety of pizza the customer service is a complete turn off that it is not worth giving them my...
