I live in South Carolina Carolina have been buying you black and white cookies for quite some time from Harris Teeter , but I am very disturbed with the quality of your product in the last month or so. Your cookies have changed and Not for The Better.. the Chocolate is Not the same.. it is more Milky than Dark and very sugary. I would wait for the cookies to come in and grab up the boxes. Now I see they are often on sale..I do wonder if they are selling as well as before. I for one Will Not be buying them and will not recommend them to my friends any longer. Read moreThey need to train their employees with customer service etiquette. The 3 women at the front are just so grouchy. Not a smile, not a “welcome” or “hi” no “thank you” or “have a nice day”.
I understand maybe they don’t get paid enough and are miserable at the job but come on, smile and just put a smile on a customers face in the morning. It’s more than likely that they are the first people that customers interact with. Start the day off bright.
Maybe I’m asking for too much but those are just basic social skills!
