I live in South Carolina Carolina have been buying you black and white cookies for quite some time from Harris Teeter , but I am very disturbed with the quality of your product in the last month or so. Your cookies have changed and Not for The Better.. the Chocolate is Not the same.. it is more Milky than Dark and very sugary. I would wait for the cookies to come in and grab up the boxes. Now I see they are often on sale..I do wonder if they are selling as well as before. I for one Will Not be buying them and will not recommend them to my friends any longer. I don't know why you changed the recipe... but it was a bad mistake! I do hope you see this.. and I can't be the only person to notice this. Really...

They need to train their employees with customer service etiquette. The 3 women at the front are just so grouchy. Not a smile, not a “welcome” or “hi” no “thank you” or “have a nice day”.

I understand maybe they don’t get paid enough and are miserable at the job but come on, smile and just put a smile on a customers face in the morning. It’s more than likely that they are the first people that customers interact with. Start the day off bright.

Maybe I’m asking for too much but those are just basic social skills!

Other than that I love their bread and coffee. The smiles from the employees would definitely make it...

To everyone complaining that the cookies have zero sugar THEY ARNT MEANT TO BE TOOTH ROTTING SWEET, THESE ARE BAKERY QUALITY SHORTBREAD COOKIES, not processed sugar filled mass produced crap cookies. Now that these Swiss raspberry chocolate dipped cookies and the powdered ones are appearing in a North Carolina, it would be great if your company would stop sending them out BURNT. They are really really not good burnt. They’re stale, dry and gross when over cooked! One week I can get them cooked normally the next they’re dark brown and dry as a saltine cracker. Please stop OVERCOOKING...
