I took my bike there a week ago for a tune up, I asked the guy to examine the bike and fix whatever wasn't working. the guy charged me for the supposed tune up and gave me back my bike. I rode it home and everything seemed fine. when I went for a ride today both tires were flat. and I go to the store to talk to the guy and he's saying to me that it was my fault. and after arguing he says to me that my wheels are old and I should change them!. he should've said that the first time if that was the case and I would've paid for the wheels. and the fact that he didn't want to take any blame was the most upsetting thing of all. the guy who works there on sundays should get a word from his boss for his lack of manners and customer service. I would never go to that...

Came here after stoping at Grand Ave bike shop in Maspeth to have rear gear wire tightened good price and super fast service. Place is a bit unorganized and if you’re looking for a shop to treat your bike with care, this ain’t the place, most bikes are fixed outside a lot of used bikes and equipment. It’s good for simple jobs not for more complex ones. 2 stars for price and speed to tighten rear gear wire, not someplace...
