I was traveling out of state when I hit a piece of debris on the road, leading to a tire blowout. Fortunately, a quick Google search for "roadside assistance" brought me to Empire, and their reviews lived up to the hype. While I know how to change a tire, I was coming off a long day at work, unfamiliar with this old car, and feeling pretty overwhelmed. Daniel made all the difference. He walked me through every step to ensure I was safe and helped me get to a safer location. Communication was excellent, and I didn’t have to wait long in 13° weather. Just an absolutely fantastic experience from top to bottom!! I called them up and spoke with Daniel to help me with a flat tire on of all days Super Bowl Sunday and without hesitation he had someone available to help me get out of this nightmare of a situation.
