Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in New York

Will never visit here again. I grew up visiting Baskin-Robbins for ice cream so I've been to my fair share of them. When I walked in, there were 2 customers in front of me at the "Pick Up" counter. No one at the "donut" cash register. I usually get 1 scoop of ice cream with two flavors. This guy did not really acknowledge me until I asked "hello?". He wouldn't let me get 2 flavors in one scoop. Mandated me to get 2 scoops in order to get 2 flavors. I argued with him and he said no. So I was like ok... whatever. I was very thirsty and wanted ice cream. He handed me my ice cream and I gave him my card but instead of ringing me up at the counter, he just walked away with my card without a word. I had to look around to see where he went. He apparently went to the donut counter but neglected to tell me that he needed me to go with him. I understand that he might be an immigrant but a finger pointing in that direction would...

If I could give this Baskin-Robbins a negative zero I would Brian the cashier has the worst customer service I've ever encountered in customer service and he does his job poorly. My fiance and I came into this Baskin Robbins to get ice cream we asked Brian to follow us to the ice cream so we could tell him what we wanted he refused and asked just to tell him what we wanted how many scoops without knowing what kind of waffle cone or ice cream we wanted or toppings even though we tried telling him. We asked for a waffle cone and he tried to upcharge us the price and the register was incorrect but the price advertised was he refused to serve my fiance and I the waffle cone unless we paid the additional amount of money his coworker asked him to just give us the cone as it was advertised and he refused and walked away Don't...

This is a combination Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin Donuts at the 2630 86th Street Brooklyn location. I was looking for Rocky Road or Chocolate with Peanut Butter. I could not locate the flavors. The cashier told that they only have some flavors that are in the display case. I thought the best thing about Baskin-Robbins is the variety of flavors. I proceeded to check the ice cream cake display case. Most of the cakes are over $40! I opened the display case door and a loud siren went off. Very annoying and embarrassing.
