Best Italian Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I love their Pizza, and when I travel into BX, this is where I can get the best NY style pizza. I ordered the Pizza through the delivery service was SLICE. Ordered on Wednesday and it was on its way and 11 minutes prior to drop off we received notification that the order was cancelled with no explanation. Credit card was charged and they stated it would take 24 - 48 hrs to go back on card. We accepted it and ordered from local pizza shop. On Thursday we decided to try again. The order went through, card was charged and once delivery time arrived I had to call and they informed me driver picked up Pizza and on the way. One hour later still no delivery again I called and was then informed the driver had an emergency and my order was cancelled and they would refund my card in 24 - 48 hours. This put me at an inconvenience as I had to wait for the funds to added back to my card and use additional funds to purchase Pizza from a local Pizza shop. Very dissatisfied with...

Prices are decent but as I sat and watched the making of my pizza I was grossed out at the fact that the pizza maker also handled transactions. By that it showed how unsanitary this place is. The pizza maker literally goes from grabbing food, to grabbing money (that’s been who knows where), and then back to making pizzas. This is not okay and there should be a better breakup between tasks to avoid germs and other cross contamination from occurring. This is how people...

Ayer fui a comprar pizza los caballeros que estaban ahí no tenían clase o morales de trabajo y eran súper brusco la forma que me hablaron y me trataron cuando les dije que su pizza tenía pelo y polvo . Trate de ordenar una pizza de Buffalo y tenía un pelo y polvo tenia que llamar a los dos para que lo vean y se estaban haciendo unos de ellos el dominicano se enfogono y me dijo que eso es normal así la venden. Saque el teléfono le tire una foto y se los mostré ahí fue cuando me trataron mal como que si yo estaba en la mala le trate de decir si me podían hacer otra me dijo que no que me valla de la tienda por esa razón!
