Best Western Plus Executive Residency Bronx — Hotel in New York

I usually don't write reviews, but this hotel or employees are unprofessional and inconsiderate. I took my son to NYC because he always wanted to go and also to see family. I chose this hotel because it was newly built and I thought it would be a great experience. We I got there. They took forever to find my reservation. Then I reserved a room that was supposed to have a bed and a sofa. The room I got didn't have the sofa, so where do I or my son sleep? The only solution they had was a fold up cot. I will continue to visit New York but will never...

I don't give bad reviews....but.....this place is ok... I mean the rooms are very specious...but is not clean... plus you you can't find parking space... then Saturday night the guy from the front desk fought us with a parking space...for someone he knew. Then we head inside and I ask for 1 towel..he mad this face and ask me so many questions just for 1 towel.... I called that same day after check out asking for them to email me my receipt and someone answer rudely and just said it's emailed and hung up on me. Would not stay...

The rudest front desk clerk Ive ever had the bad luck to encounter. Gave us attitude, wanted to over charge us and refused to honored the diamond club priviledged. I always stay at Best Western's hotels but this is not the first time that a staff tries to enforce their own made up rules! Getting really tired of that! BW: you need to get your people in line or I wont be the only one to think about bringing my business to another hotel chain. Loyalty...
