I’ve been a loyal customer since 2011. This has been the only place I will eat Chinese takeout from. They have been a constant in my home, at least once a week. During times when my health is bad and I can’t cook, they supply a majority of our weekly dinners. I’ve spent countless dollars here. Even had them cater the cocktail hour for an even with over 50 guests last summer. My average order is over $40, for family lunch or dinner. I called to order today, and wanted to use the coupon for free pork fried rice with over $35, my order was $37. I was told I have an old menu, the new coupon is over $42. I just got this menu with my delivery last week. The person said I was lying and maybe I throw away all the new menus and keep the old ones to get the coupon. Are you kidding me?! He said the menu I have is at least 7 months old because their new menu just came in last month. Make that make sense. I spend too much money with them, I’m a regular customer and I won’t allow them to devalue me or my dollar. It’s funny, when the pandemic first hit, I made sure to continue to support them. Then they had to close. When they opened back they called me, because I was a regular customer and they wanted us to know they were open. I made sure to buy 2 days out of the week. Read moreBe careful when you order food from here, I placed an order, and the wrong order was sent to me, Best Wok did come back with the correct order 25 minutes later, I didn't have a major problem with that, what grossed me out was they took back the wrong order, and probably gave that order to someone else. I am an honest person, but if I wasn't, I could have done something to that food, and they gave it to someone else, it makes me think did my order come from someone else, or was it freshly made, something to think about.
