Bravo, kosher dairy restaurant. I have eaten here before. We placed an order for sushi, sashimi, grilled salmon and eggplan parmesan. It took them to serve us about 30 min. I almost lost my patients. When we got served with yellow tail jalapeno with ponzu sauce, instead of ponzu sauce we got served with oil and soy sauce. We mentioned to the waiter that why they didn't place ponzu sauce? They told us that they have to take it from the basement. Minutes later we got ponzu sauce in a soy sauce dish. I was going to say , don't mess with my dish that I order often from different restaurants. When I got served with grilled salmon, I noticed that my rice was not white but like brown. I told my waiter that I only eat white rice and that's my dietary restriction. Instead, we settled on asparagus. After we done eating sushi n sashimi, we got left with dirty dishes on the table untouched. That tells me that waiters are not experienced enough to pay attention and take care of little details like that. Almost, at the end of our dinner meal an owner was passing by every table and when she reached out to us we mentioned to her that it takes a while for staff to serve us. By the way that night restaurant was not busy at all. Also, the restaurant adds tips for you automatically 18%. I don't mind leaving generous tips if my waiter is all about service. I noticed that when we come to restaurants with kids, and at first hello, waiter or waitress serve my kids with ice water. This time it happened again. After serving us with ice water I asked my waiter to get us water with out ice for kids. That detail right there let's me know about our waiters expertise. At the end we got served with s'mores ice cream dish and...
Read moreExtremely low quality kosher pizza restaurant with unethical business practices. The pizza at this place is disgusting. It tasted like chewing on a tire with ketchup on it. The ingredients of the pizza is extremely low quality. You can get better pizza from the supermarket. The service is even worse. As you walk in you need to prepay you order which is done quick but NOT the services. Hello Bravo Staff. What happened to valuing people's time and pay when served. I had to wait 25 minutes for just two slices.Unbelievable. The staff is disorganized and are very rude. When I questioned why is it taken so long. The guy at the register got very nasty me.
Hello Management. You suppose to charge the customer when food is served and have your staff give back the customer the CORRECT CHANGE even if it's for 1 penny.
The cost of one slice is $2.99 but they ALWAYS charge you $3 dollars. I went there on 5 different occasions and ordered one slice and never got my change back of 1 penny. I know it is only one penny but they are ripping people off. It is the principal that counts. By the way I was ordering for someone else. I would never eat at this DUMP. Make sure you ask for your change even if its only for one penny. Don't let them get...
Read moremy wife went to pick up pizza on a Saturday night. store opened at 730 and we were one of first few people. after we paid the man behind the counter told us it would be a 15 minute wait. after 25 minutes we asked how much longer it would be and we were told another 5 minutes. an additional 25 minutes went by and we still didn't have the pizza. we asked another person who seemed to be managing the orders if the pizza was even in the oven yet and he gave us a blank look. we asked again a couple of minutes later and he said that this doesn't raise his blood pressure and the pizza would be put in now after 50 minutes of waiting. considering he looked like a deer in headlights and really didn't have a good handle at all on managing the orders, acting like everything was perfect when in reality things were out of control when you literally have a store of people asking where their food was after an hour of waiting his response was both irrelevant and a ridiculous. we finally got the pizza but i assure you we will look for other another pizza store next Saturday night. there is more than enough...
