Let me start by saying how excited I was to visit, based on the many positive recommendations I’d heard. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. My husband and I ordered a s’mores drink and the mango passion refresher, only to be told—after waiting nearly 15 minutes—that they were out of mango.

We respectfully requested a refund, as the alternative offered was not something my husband enjoys. We were then told that the line manager wasn’t available to process the refund and that I would need to leave my name and number to possibly receive it at a later time. There was no real apology—just excuses. If you’re a place of business you need to be able to manage ALL elements of your business properly.

It’s deeply frustrating that we weren’t informed the drink was unavailable before paying, and that a straightforward refund couldn’t be issued on the spot. Despite the glowing reviews you read, it’s clear that customer care and transparency are not a priority here.
