Buffalo Wild Wings 'Go' Hillside deserves a miss- SPARE YOURSELF THE GRIEF.
This location of BWW is atrocious. The manager Ed is woefully unprofessional and so is the young lady who worked as the location's cashier on the evening of June 14. The young lady lacked active listening skills and what was a small issue developed into an entirely unnecessary situation of inconvenience, disrespect and disregard of basic customer service practices.
After paying for an order online, we were coerced into paying again in-person. Once detecting the error, we returned to the establishment, Ed was totally crass and unaccomodating. Even when we tried explaining things calmly, Ed still refused to genuinely listen- zero accountability, no apology, laying blame and being angry and clearly frustrated. Thankfully, we were able to get back one of the payments. Any staff of his seeing such an exchange would be emboldened to disrespect customers and possibly get away with it under his management.
The whole experience left me and brother feeling embarrassed and disrespected. We decided to contact corporate and they've been most unhelpful. Post speaking with them (via tele and email), I now completely get why Ed operates at the abysmal level he does. His behaviour is reflective of the structure at BBW, evidently. BBW will not thrive in this community if they only seek our dollars and not respect our humanity. There are humans behind these transactions.
The public deserves to know that the likelihood of getting subpar food with terrible customer service is high at this particular location. After such a scarring experience, I think I'm through with BBW. The options are too many to endure this chaos.
PS. In the midst of the chaos and rudely pushing us out, Ed closed the establishment at 11:34pm though the advertised closing time is midnight...leaving customers outside and unattended, without an apology and/or explanation. Buffalo Wild Wings 'Go' Hillside deserves a miss-...

Then rudely tells me mango habanero is not available which at no time 15 mins ago when order was placed was told to me. Wings were dry and cold. On app added 20oz fountain drink for additional $1, then host declined giving me soda saying no $1 soda he did not understand itās added with meal. Math skills were horrible. Had to pay again for soda. Then no celery and carrots after I requested. Ended up getting food at 3:46 pm, when app said 3:30 ready. Given the delay I expect chicken to be hot but it was cold - the genius in the back made it 1 hour ago and puts it in the box puts the wings flavor shakes it. Buffalo Wild Wings Go?! More like Buffalo Wild Wings...

She never came back out to the register she simply told me to wait and disappeared into the kitchen⦠She left without even acknowledging me or the dash drivers and someone else had to give me my food so I donāt know if it has just been sitting there⦠or what the deal is but if someone orders food and is given a promise time, that promise should be met. Thanks to the amazing :D service here, I was late for my appointment.
