This carvel is terrible They cannot even make a vanilla Milkshake properly 3 different times they tried to make me a vanilla milkshake and each time it tasted worse than the last time Shake also looked weird Tasted awful they poured the milk from a pitcher which is not normal Milk already comes in a gallon container with a handle on the container

We walked out without buying anything We were supposed to have purchased 5 milkshakes 4 vanilla and 1 pistachio milk shake Instead we did not purchase anything Just walked down the shopping center and bought pizza instead Be careful of you go to...

I have worked here and shopped here. The manager will cut corners in every single area just to save a little bit of money, even if it’s not sanitary. He will also avoid customers who confront him about genuine problems. He will put up rules for his staff that he himself will break. He also refused to give me the tips that I earned while working there after I quit because of the terrible working conditions. They hire teenagers off the books and work them to the bone.

I would recommend to not support this business, bad practice with customers...

This place has improved with the refreshing of the decor....it seems like they do not keep their employees very long because it is always a new face. The softserve is pretty good. Its a little weird and cheapo that they weigh each ice cream on a scale before they give it to the customer.

Three stars because I find it really friggen creepy and stalker-y that the owner sits out in his car (Charger) and stares at everyone through...
