China Delight — Restaurant in New York

The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.i ordered chicken and it was undercooked and when I called on the phone to tell him he said it was cooked and hung up on me.i then called again to just ask for a refund and he said no refunds and once again hung up on me.so I went to the store to show him the chicken and he said it was cooked (which I don’t understand what the problem was because I’m paying for it just cook it some more ) I ended up just leaving hungry and miserable. I will definitely not order from here again and don’t bother ordering from here unless you want undercooked chicken,attitude,and being told how u should eat ur food.this was a complete waste of money.Also they weren’t even wearing masks in the kitchen they only put them on when working...

I order chicken and garlic sauce with no vegetables. The gentleman on the phone confirmed my order and repeated it back to me. He said, “so you only want white rice, chicken, and sauce. No vegetables”. When the food came half the plate was broccoli. I called the store and was told I can pick out the broccoli. First of all, I didn’t pay $20 to pick out broccoli. I called the China Delight Restaurant to tell them that the chicken they delivered was not fully cooked. They responded in a highly disrespectful manner stating some people like "soft chicken" not crispy chicken. To which I replied the chicken is not cooked and could get someone sick. The owner laughed and said "we only talking to you because you order many times, anybody else we just hang up." This restaurant does not care about its customers new or old.
