12/18, friday at around 550pm, i go after a 12 hour shift at work to get food close to home, i order a spicy chicken sandwich meal, 6 pc wings, and mixed over rice, and tell them not to put salad or tomato on my order, because of allergy reasons. when i get home and open up my order i see that they put tomato in my sandwich, im understandable and know mistakes happen, but when i go back (very tired and had to change again to go there) to the store to tell them, they tell me just peel out the tomato, it was only after i tell them that im allergic that they rush in and redo my order. The chicken was overly salted while also not being spicy at all. It’s as though I ordered extra salty fried chicken and to top it, it tasted like seafood. It’s as though it was fried in the same oil that was used to make shrimp. The fries were unsalted and basically flavorless we had to add our own salt to give it some taste. They should’ve saved some of the salt from the chicken for the fries…wouldn’t be surprised if it somehow tasted like seafood! I wish I could give zero stars! I went to get dinner for me and my family last night and I bought a 10 piece chicken and a chicken sandwich with onion rings. The sandwich had big chunks of jelly stuff inside the chicken and it was not fat ! I never experienced something like that and the onion rings tasted like it was microwaved.
