Every time I come in here it feels like it's the staff's first time on this planet and their first job in their entire life. They had me waiting for a few minutes just to take my order. I came in to buy a cold brew shake I figured I'll be in and out five minutes tops, there wasn't a lot going on in the store at the time. Woman took my order told the young guy she was working with to make my order while she tended to some other customers, kid went onto making a cold brew coffee which had me confused thinking this is how they made it. He was weirdly stumbling through making the wrong order, spilling some of it and looking at me like I wouldn't notice and then I had to correct him that wasn't what I wanted. Then he looked at me like I'm crazy and had to point it out on the menu behind the counter that I wanted a cold brew shake not a coffee. Then I saw the time and him stumbling around and it's already pushing well over 10 minutes waiting and just left.
The multiple times I came to this location they almost NEVER have the cold brew shake in stock, or if they're playing the "McFlurry machine down" game with me. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt when it first open, I figured they needed to work out the kinks. Almost a full two years open and they still never seemed to work the kinks out, reading the reviews on here and the most accurate ones are the ones that's 3 and under, everything else just comes across as shills and other who are just content with generic slop. I'd suggest maybe adding a touch screen kiosk for self service but would the staff be able to handle reading the order?
If I can give this place a zero score, I really would. Two years you've been open and still operating like you're new in town. If you're here for just grab and go order, great. Then this place is okay. But god help you if you need an order actually made at the moment and it's like rocket...

With so many other businesses surrounding this one sticks out & I canāt help but to be a repeat customer at this great location with unique and fresh products. Who doesnāt like ice cream? Or Cinnabons? Unlike many locations this one is pushing our fresh products daily with everything made in house. I have always been a soft serve kinda girl until now the scooped ice cream here is insane. I got a chance to try a few flavors and grape nut, rum raisin and triple chocolate were so good. The soft serve is also really good but for now Iām making a switch. My daughter loved watching them make the Cinnabons from scratch and the lady making them was so precise it was like art. The end result is perfection everytime we absolutely love them. The milkshakes are really good here too nice and thick and there are so many topping choices the kids will be in heaven. What I really like about this location is the cake section. They make cakes for every occasion and they are in the fridge ready to go but unlike other they do customize printing. You are able to put any image on a cake that is ordered in advance. I was told you can ever customize flavors now Iāve always had the classic vanilla, chocolate with chocolate crunch cake for years but to know I can customize it to my liking is a game changer Iām really gonna take advantage of this and share with everyone I know. The customer service here is really good everyone Iāve interacted with is pleasant. I heard about a promotion they were having at Cinnabon from 1-4pm. I shared the information with 2 of my cousins and we all decided to go together. Prior to arriving, we all downloaded the Cinnabon app so that we would be able to partake in the promotion. I just began speaking to the cashier when I started having issues navigating the app and accessing the QR code. He was being helpful, but then the manager, Romesha, came from the back (did not greet me) and said to me "You need to have your QR code ready. There is a line". I asked her if she could help me navigate the app and she replied "No, you need to already have it ready. You're holding up the line". I was shocked. The cashier stopped assisting me and I stepped to the side so my cousin could place her order. Since we took the time to travel to that location, I continued trying to navigate the app. Soon after I was successful with accessing the QR code and placed my order. I was HEAVILY DISAPPOINTED with Romesha's customer service. I use to work in customer service management, and I would have NEVER have spoken to a customer with such a rude, unhelpful, and dismissive demeanor. Her attitude was so unnecessary.
