Fran Hill Deli — Restaurant in New York

Very annoying cashier...I bought coffee here regularly and will sit and enjoy my coffee...she then came and ask me..."excuse me did you buy something?"I said what? She asked it again and I show her my coffee...but the funny thing is...she knows me because she saw me regularly and saw me sit there....so how come all of a sudden you're rushing me ....I then got up and told her...this is the last time I'm coming here....they won't do these things to fair skinned people...I do not support businesses like these....disgusting act...as i walked out....I saw her looking...because she know its a nasty act....you're Chinese and I'm sure you don't like people treating you unfairly....so why do it to others? Ridiculous. I refuse to support businesses like these....so from now on I will go next door and if they act up I will boycott them also and go somewhere else....its crazy how one person can ruin your day....or try to...so in order to avoid situations...I will move myself away from idiotic...

I've been here about a dozen times for a variety of breakfast sandwiches. I usually order two to three sandwiches at a time. They have never once gotten my order right. Even when I am very specific about the sandwich and ask them to confirm the contents of the sandwich, I still find that they have used the wrong meet, forgot to add cheese, or something to that effect. Paying is another issue as well. While my order might be the same as the day before, the amount I am charged is always different. Their menu items are also tad expensive for the area and type of shop and service.

Finally, as to the actual meals themselves, they are sloppy, ill-prepared, and covered in oil. I do not think they clean the grill properly between orders. Please do yourself a favor and go to the bagel shop next door for...

It was okay. The coffee was delicious! But the utensils were so cheap that it was hard to eat eggs and bacon. Sandwiches were mediocre. The floor needed...
