Darbars Chicken and Ribs is an absolute game-changer for takeout and eat in! I ordered from them last week. Their fried chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection—hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. The hot wings? An explosion of flavor with just the right amount of kick that leaves you wanting more. I also tried their smash burger, and wow—what a treat! The patty was caramelized to perfection, loaded with fresh toppings, and served on a soft, toasted bun that held up beautifully. The real showstopper, though, was the loaded cheese fries—generous, gooey, and packed with flavor, they’re the ultimate comfort food. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and well-packaged, which made the takeout experience seamless. The portions are fantastic for the price, and the menu has something for everyone. The ordering process was quick and easy, and the staff were super friendly, even throwing in a little extra sauce on the side, which I appreciated. This location in Rosedale is the worst I have had. Liberty Ave location is the best. The customer service socks. The guy at the front doesn't know the menu or can't recommend anything. I ordered the fired rice and lomein which was ok. What bothered me is that I added a 3 piece chicken to my order. When I got home to my surprise I got 2 wings and a pigeon leg. The chicken was over fried. Sorry I didn't check my order when I was still at the location. 2 pieces of the chicken was also not fully cooked.....very disappointed as I am a loyal customer. This location needs to step up their game...... If not you get a better deal few blocks away at Halal in n Out or...

I ordered from Darbar Rosdale for the first time, and it exceeded my expectations. The process was smooth( gal who took my order was so polite & patience), and the food was ready on time, hot, and packaged perfectly. Every dish we tried was delicious, especially the Darbars house special fried rice, which had great flavor and generous portions. Even though it was takeout, you could tell the ingredients were fresh, and the quality was top-notch. The staff was friendly when I picked up the order, and everything was just as I'd requested. Will definitely be ordering again...
