Diego's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

The good: Their phone was not busy like other pizza places. fast delivery. but maybe because my motel was very close to the restaurant.

The bad: asked twice for a well done pizza. got an undercooked one. saggy pizza with minimal amount of cheese and pepperoni. Mushroom was from a can, not fresh.

The delivery guy is also a cook as he was wearing the kitchen eberon under his jacket. I found out that I don't have cash after the pizza arrived "a mistake I know" and paid by phone using my credit card but the delivery man was very very very angry and rude. ... that changed and he wished me a good day after I added $5 tip to him on the card.

Food is good , the only thing irritating is they send delivery guys who are incapable. They just called me and told me that delivery guys is in front of my building and he wasn’t there . I call them and told them that he is not there and there is no one on the street . They call me again so I had to do second trip just to get my food . I didn’t want to tip him so I demanded my full change back he said “I don’t have a change” so then how do you do money transactions without...

I use to love this place, bad experience today ! Order grilled chicken salad picked up the order to go get to work no fork & wrong dressing ... walk all the way back to change my dressing get back to work to notice hair in my food. Horrible wasted my whole lunch hour walking back and forth not to eat anything. The hat they wear aren't enough to cover all their hair they should wear hair nets even the lady who makes the salads.
