Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

Food is slowly starting to taste worse and worse over the years.. Pizza was usually hot, the taste was magnificent, but recently when I order it didn't have the same taste. The sauce seems to have almost no flavor, I'll be honest it was kind of dry to, so it was probably just them putting on a small amount of sauce. The cheese also seemed to be towards the fewer portion as well, you could see a lot of the dough from the bottom. If they do mess up your order, I remember a year ago they did, and I called them, the customer service was beyond amazing and they fix and make a new pizza for you. Hopefully they still do this. The store itself is kind of small, enough space for a max of 4-7 people? There is a 2 seat sitting area, also a small step for little kids to watch the workers make pizza which is really nice. There are two doors, and they do delivery, but that comes with a fee. Workers wear gloves and I'm happy that they do, they were super sanitary, didn't touch their faces while working either. There also is a digital screen with peoples orders, maybe they can hide the names a little bit more to prevent robbing orders but I dont think that had every happened. Just a suggestion. Overall good place but hopefully they can make their pizza how it was years ago.. that was amazing. If you order online, 2+ medium pizzas for 5.99 ea. there are also other things to apply. Definitely order online and pick up and you'll get pizza for pretty cheap :)

Oh right the chicken wings arent too good here. They are pretty small compared to other stores. The flavor is decent though, just not worth it if you're trying to save money or anything along...

WARNING Advisory To All Customer: I did a comparison at two Domino's Pizza location: #1) 2721 Bronxwood Ave, Bx, NY 10469, #2) 738 Morris Park Ave, Bx, NY 10462, I order from each location a "Pacific Veggie Pizza Builder Pizza Pie. At the Domino Bronxwood Ave location, its topping was exactly as advertised on their website picture ad, But the topping from the Morris Park Ave location, its spinach topping was 65% less, it did not look anything like their picture in their website. Do the math where would you rather order any Domino's pizza pies from.

April 2021: Management are telling their Domino employees to put a lot less topping on their customer order, it never looks like what you see in their Domino pictures in their Google Website. Their toping are so small, so thin, and so very few you need a microscope and a tweezer to locate them. I recently had a disappointing experience with the Domino’s at 738 Morris Park Ave, Bronx. I placed an order on October 18th at 6:30 PM, but it didn’t arrive until 8:00 PM. While I understand delays, the real issue was the poor service.

As a pregnant customer, I included delivery instructions explaining that I can’t walk far. In the past, drivers have brought my order to my door, but this time, the driver said his manager told him not to leave the car. I had to struggle downstairs, only to find my dipping sauce missing. Worse, when I checked, the pizza was wrong.

When I called the store, they didn’t offer a solution, just canceled my order. I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued. This experience has really soured my view...
