My sister and I stopped by Kayan Coffee because we were craving coffee and wanted to try something new, and I’m so glad we did! The worker there was incredibly kind and welcoming—he took the time to ask what I usually order and recommended the shaken white mocha. Oh my, it was hands down the best I’ve ever had! It is on the sweeter side, so next time I’d probably ask for 50% sweetness, but I still enjoyed every single sip.

Worst service ever. I ordered the hot caramel latte. At first, the male server made me a latte with a cup not even two-thirds full. After I politely asked them if this is what I was supposed to get for $4.90, they agreed to fix it. After supposedly fixing it, they transferred the latte to a smaller cup than the original one. I wouldn't have noticed that they tried to be sly with the cup change, but I had the previous cup's lid, and the new cup wasn't fitting with the old lid. Save your money and go to Dunkin' instead. New businesses can't go about doing business if they scam...
