Good afternoon, Domino Customer Service, Dear Support Team or District Manager My name is Shahid Mahmood and I would like to complain about the worst ever discriminatory customer service behavior faced by me at the hands of the Shift Manager, Rami or Ramy, who worked at 3902 Richmond Ave Staten Island, NY 10312. On Friday, June 09, 2023, around 9:00 pm. I went to the Domino store located at 3902 Richmond Ave Staten Island, NY 10312 to order a medium sized cheese Pizza. Shift Manager, Ramy, told me that we are not taking any orders here---you need to go online and order there. First of all, let me ask you if he had a right to say this and deny taking any order-----if he was busy, he could have said, “We are not taking any order here right now can you please go online and order there, but, if you still want us to take your order, can you please wait as I am busy right now or we are short of help”. He never said anything like that to make me feel that I was respected at the store. He was shouting very loudly by saying that we are not taking any order here. By not taking any order, I believe that he violated my right to purchase Pizza from the Domino Store. As I really need a Pizza for my family, I went online and ordered pizza and ended up messing up my Pizza Order. The Domino Pizza App generated an invoice of the full amount while I could have got the Pizza at 50% price, because of special promotion going on at that time. Once I realized that I made a mistake, I requested him to correct my order. He said that there was nothing he could do to help me fix my order. He told me to call customer service as he could not help me with anything. He would never give a customer service number as well. He kept on ignoring me so I asked for a manager. He said I am the manager. I told him that if you are the manager then help me out then. I told him that I would complain about his behavior. He said just do whatever you can. He did not have manners. I, myself, worked as assistant manager for 10 years in Burger King and never ever treated any customer badly. But, this guy had a big attitude problem. He treated me like he was the private owner of Domino and could do whatever. As he did not help me with my order, I had to leave the store without any Pizza while my family was waiting for pizza at home. Nobody would ever treat me the way he did that day. I am sorry to say but if this guy continues to be shift manager ----Domino will soon run out of business from this location---as his behavior would encourage his co workers to treat the customer the same way he treated me. One fish can spoil...
Read moreThe WORST experience I've ever had anywhere. I ordered an order for pickup and paid for it. My husband went to pick it up but was told that a driver took the cheesy bread in the order by mistake and he had to wait for a new one to be made, meanwhile the pizza got cold and after getting home he realized that he wasn't given the 3 liter bottle of Coke that was in the order. I called to let them know that they didn't give us the Coke and they said that although they don't make deliveries in our area (10 min drive from the place) that they'll send a driver out to deliver the Coke. Things happen, I was perfectly content with them remedying the situation, except that an hour and fifteen min later no delivery was made. I called to see if they forgot about me only to be told that if I want it I have to come and pick it up and that them never giving me the full order meant that I forgot it. Them giving me everything I paid for and me leaving part of it on the counter would be me forgetting it. Them never GIVING me what I PAID for is not me forgetting it. They told me again that fine, they'll send a driver to bring it over and never bothered to. I have never encountered such poor...
Read moreI've had mixed experiences with this Domino's, mostly good to excellent, and a few memorable bad experiences. The most memorable bad experience was during the "buy one, get one free" sale a few months back. Our pizza was two hours late. We couldn't get in touch with the store, and the Pizza Tracker showed that it hadn't left the store yet. In the meantime, we ordered a pizza from a local pizzeria. Just as we sat down to eat that pizza, our Domino's order came. Turned out the problem was that the store was very busy and the traffic was bad (it was during the holidays). The delivery guy forgot the soda. After that my roommate didn't want to order from them anymore, even though up until that point our experience had been mostly positive.
However, tonight, I had a yen for Domino's, so I ordered from them online. My pizza arrived within the scheduled time frame, it was hot and delicious, the soda was cold, the delivery guy was really nice and helpful and polite. So I would say this was an excellent ordering experience. I've had mostly positive experiences with this Domino's and will continue to order from them...
