I had a horrible experience with this store!!!! Order was placed on 8/23/18 at 11:35pm and received email confirmation. At 12:45am I still have not received order. Domino's website had store phone number listed on it and when I tried calling to get status of my order it stated "this is a non working number" Now i goggled the phone number of the store at 946 Southern Blvd Bx NY and when i called an automated recording advised that the store was closed - Keep in mind the website stated the store would close at 2am. So I don't have my order and can not reach anyone to refund my money spent on order. I emailed Dominos regarding this last night , roughly around 1:30am and as of yet no one has replied to my email. Now it's the morning i called Domoinos Customer Service and was advised that i should reach out to Joy Watson (the District Manager) of store #3224 (946 Southern Blvd) to rectify and issue my refund. I called and left a voicemail regarding this on Joy's voicemail and have not received a call back regarding this and it is now 12:33pm. Customers should not be treated this way and if there is an issue the Retailer should try to rectify ASAP!! Just a little common courtesy and customer service is all i am asking for. I still don't have my order and still have not revived a call back or refund!!! This has been a terrible an painstaking experience that is still ongoing!!! Read moreI ordered a pizza tonight at 5:58pm, the tracker after 14 min said driver arrives in 1 minute, I went out and tracker restarted. This went on for 15 more minutes. I called Dominos spoke to girl calmly at this point, she says she will call driver and hangs up; meantime tracker still going restartinh at 7min. I called back to find out the update she told me hold on and just put the phone down. This happened for about an hour and then the manager told her tell me 5 minutes 10 minutes past call it again and then you told me 5 minutes again so then finally he answer the phone and we got into an argument and I demanded he canceled the order and told him that I'm only 13 minutes away if he doesn't cancel it I'll come down to the store. For some reason unbeknownst to me he took that as a threat and started saying oh I'm so afraid I'm so afraid are you going to come and kill me or you going to come and kill me obviously at this point I'm confused, I had to get extremely loud to get him to comprehend that me coming down there would be if he doesn't cancel the order and he finally does it. Read moreI normally don’t write reviews but my delivery guy Melvin was AMAZING and deserved some credit. I called the store and spoke to a woman that sounds very rude and annoyed. About 10 mins later Melvin (delivery man) called me immediately apologizing for the wait asking me if I wanted my food or would I like to express any complaints/ cancel my order because my food was an hour and half late in the most professional tone anyone in this situation can ask for . I told him it was fine I just wanted the food . I waited for him outside and when he pulled up he was so nice and was like I am so sorry you didn’t have to wait I appreciate it. Unfortunately whoever added my salad forgot to include the dressing so Melvin took it upon his self to make sure he grabbed all the dressings so I can have all three to choose from. I appreciated his positive attitude and professional manner. I hope they really consider promoting him or something.
