My sister who is 8 years old and my brother who is 12 are going to bed at 1 am without dinner in their stomachs because this Domino's store could not deliver within a reasonable time. I made an order around 10 pm and it is currently 12:57 am, and I am still without the pizza I ordered. Around 11:30, I called the store several times and no answer. I stood on the call waiting for as long as 10 minutes with no answer. Then, I come to realize because I was waiting to be answered I had missed the delivery call. I called about 4 minutes after the call and was told she would return in ten minutes, which seemed reasonable, but I have yet receive a call. I called the deliverer about four times but each time she did not answer. I called the store and waited 15 minutes until I finally receive an answer. The man was polite, but did not give me straight answers. He hung up, rudely, telling me that my driver was calling me before I could say a word, but I had received no calls. I called once more and the same man answers and tells me that my driver could not deliver it to me because she is busy, but if I could pick it up he would remake it. Let me remind you, I am an 18 year old female, and he had asked me at 12:55 am to walk 0.8 miles to pick up an order. There is no way I will leave my household. He then says there is nothing he can do but cancel my order. This Domino's is the WORST place I have ordered from. Read moreI have never sat and wrote a bad review on any business I wasn’t pleased with but this has to be the worst staff I have ever encountered. My order was placed at 10:05pm and they started to prepare it at 10:19 at 11:00 my order was “still being prepared” I called the place and they didn’t have the decency to pick up the phone. After calling 8 times and being on hold for 28 minutes they finally decided to pick up the phone to say my order is being made. By12:30am I just wanted my money back so I went to the store and they told me they never processed my order because my debit card had a New Jersey zip code. Even after telling me they were making my food over the phone, they didn’t once mentioned that was the issue. Every time I order dominos online while being in New York or even out the country when I’ve traveled this has never been an issue. When I got there 3 other people were there to complain about the same issue and made me then show proof of my debit card. So after waiting for 3 hours to finally get my food which I had to end up picking up , they had me waiting on food that they said would come but was never going to unless I showed up at their store. Read moreWords cannot express how terrible this place is. During the last week they’ve screwed me twice. The first time I ordered it took about two hours to get here. I guess they noticed so they gave me a free pizza. I decided to use that free pizza tonight and I put three toppings. The one topping I asked for extra of. they put literally none of it on the pizza lol. And when you click on the option to report an issue, it says they’ll text you a verification code and after that you can state your issue. I have pressed to send me the verification code about six times. Not one text. Also, about a year ago they refused to deliver to me saying that they don’t deliver to my address, even when I’ve ordered from this same store numerous times. When I called the workers were all very nasty as well. So yeah. Sorry for the rant but this is the last time I’m ordering. Gave it a break for a while and decided to give it another shot.
