I can confidently say this is the most delicious Chinese food delivery in New York: the chefs work fast and cook incredibly well. The delivery guy — an older man on a motorbike — is super quick and always friendly.
But the problem is that the call center does their job half-assed. They take the order, don’t repeat it back, and then you end up receiving something completely different from what you ordered. Every single time, I deal with mistakes in my order. This happens almost daily.
You order beef udon soup — they bring just udon noodles with beef, no soup. You ask for noodles without vegetables — they come with vegetables. You ask them not to include the free drink — they bring it anyway. You ask for a free drink as a gift — they send a spring roll instead.
And after my wife encountered one of these problems last week and called to sort it out — they blocked her number, and now she can’t place orders anymore, so I have to call myself.
I also want to add that I work at a secured facility, and leaving the premises is extremely difficult. On top of that, when they mess up the order, they tell me it’s impossible to replace the wrong dish without returning it first. It really makes you wonder if they’re going to reuse that food.
Draw your own conclusions — the food is delicious, no doubt, but the phone service is terrible. They don’t solve problems and never offer any solutions or...
Read moreI am absolutely disgusted by this order. The food was overpriced and inedible. Everything tasted like it had been dropped on the floor—extremely stale and unhygienic. I was actually scared to eat it because of how bad it was. The meal seemed like a health hazard, and I honestly fear it could make me sick. This is by far the worst food I've ever ordered, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Completely unacceptable. I ordered the Rib tips with fried rice and it’s literally so disgusting I cannot stress this enough. The chicken wings are 4 little pieces for $10??? Make...
Read moreReviewing one of my more recent Chinese restaurants that I've been going to recently. So far I've had no issue with anything I've ordered from the place whether it be Chicken Wings, Lo Mein or my favorite dish there, Singapore Mei Fun. It's only take out because there's no seating area but that's not a bad mark on this area, just info to know about the place. Like most places in the city, this is one of the more pricier restaurants around so do keep that in mind. The lady that takes my order is very receptive and kind so service is no issue of any...
