Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

The restaurant is relatively clean. There was one person taking orders and another person preparing the meals. I ordered 2 sandwiches. When I first arrived and ordered, the store was not super busy. It did get a little busy. I noticed that orders after mine were called before my order (I am referring to other sandwich orders). I inquired about the status of my order. The guy said he called me.
