Honestly this guy that works at night can't understand English he makes you pull up to the window to order and then pull up to the front door so his timer doesn't run for 10 min or so as he makes your order which isn't anything crazy 2bec on a croissant and a muffin toasted with butter... 3 min max with no line at all it's honestly a joke I'm all about giving everyone a fair shot at a job but if your helping 1 person out that is inconviencing hundreds of your customers every week what does that say about management it's unfortunate that so many people have to wait an absurd amount of time just to get some dd when there isn't even a line... Honestly I frequent this dd often and it's only because it's by my house and it's open 24/7 it's just sad to see someone who is so bad working all the time because it just puts a damper on my mood when I hear his voice over the drive thru speaker telling me to come to the window... hopefully this leads to something I hope management reads this and does...

What I got instead was a lovely, chilled cup of… milk. With the faintest whisper of espresso—maybe the shot got shy and hid at the bottom?
When I politely asked for a correction, the employee took it back, gave it a little shimmy in the shaker (because that apparently fixes everything), and poured the same cup of milky disappointment right back into a new cup like it was a magic trick. Ta-da! $8 well spent… on dairy.

Unfortunately I did not receive a receipt to do a review on kitchen staff. The female worker had me wait over ten minutes for my food, forgot my extra bacon on my wraps and then blamed the cashier for not telling her there was food to be made. She was angry and rude. There's not only a order screen infront her, but how is this one cashier suppose take all these orders, collect the money, make the drinks and verbally translate food orders.
