Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Went here yesterday for iced coffee and everything bagel minis. My coffee was not made properly, I’ve been getting the same caramel and almond milk iced coffee for years.. the one yesterday tasted like watered down French Vanilla and was way too light to have been made with almond milk - hence the excruciating stomach ache I suffered later that day. The store was unusually busy yesterday, which explains why my order wasn’t done correctly and they just gave me anything. The bagel minis were ICE COLD, like the woman working on the food station just took them from the fridge and threw them in my bag. When I returned to inquire why my food was like this, only the male cashier apologized to me, and I appreciated it but it wasn’t his fault. The lady who messed up my order didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Will be reporting this store...

Hope this review gets the attention of higher up management. Upon entry, no employees were visible. They were hidden in the back, sitting and on their phones. I’ve waited about 5 minutes, until I requested someone to come and assist. The male employee asked me “what you want”? Very unprofessional. As my food and drinks were prepared, I saw a cockroach exiting the store. The floor is super filthy as if they haven’t been mopped in days. The counters were also dirty. The Health Department needs to pay this store a visit because it’s truly disgusting. If you’re looking for quality food and clean store, do not come here. Go see...

I didn’t even want to give a star I always have problems when I go there today especially I had points and I ask the lady can I use it and she tell me not today tomorrow but it’s always something when I go there they don’t even make your stuff right half the time.
