Terrible. If I could give it a -5 I would. The new staff is just horrible; condescending and fake as hell. Not helpful at all, and they like to talk down to people. Especially Ms. Adam's, who will quickly call ACS for stupid reasons. I don't care if they read this either. Watch out for Ms. Peter's, the woman's a snake and as phoney...
