Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Very serious about my morning coffee so if I hike 3 BLOCKS up to the nearest Dunkin Donuts...which I buy EVERYDAY and for a month there is LITTLE TO NO ICE IN MY COFFEE BECAUSE THE MACHINE IS BROKEN AND THE OWNER IS LEAVING HIS POOR EMPLOYEES TO DEAL WITH ANGRY PATRONS...THAT IS A DISGRACE..AND A DISRESPECT TO EVERYONE WHO USE YOUR SERVICES!!!!
