Romell, the technician, showed up right on time and was everything you could hope for: professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He quickly identified the problem, clearly explained what was going on, and got everything fixed and running perfectly. I inquired Romel to install a surveillance system and wall mount two TV's. He offered me several camera options at different price points that would best fit my needs. After we came to a decision on what cameras to use and where they would go, installation began the next day. Installation took two days to make sure everything would run smoothly. I’m not one to do reviews; but I do take time to appreciate and recognize when someone does a beautiful clean job. I was having a hard time finding someone that could do my cameras with clean wire management since I have a little OCD and Romel was able to do that for me in no time.
