Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Parking was a bit of a hassle—definitely pay the meter and don’t try to double park or run in quickly. I paid for 20 minutes but almost ran out of time because there was a long delay inside. Only one cashier was working, and there was some communication trouble between her and a customer who took a long time selecting donuts and searching for coupons. The line built up quickly, and I wish someone had stepped in to help.

I briefly stepped out to drop off my donut and move my truck closer (two spots opened right in front), and when I came back in, my everything bagel with veggie cream cheese and iced matcha with almond milk were both ready. The bagel was fresh, warm, and generously spread with cream cheese—just how I like it. The matcha was made perfectly: not too sweet, no chunks, though I suspect they may have used regular milk instead of almond.

The Boston cream donut was also fresh and delicious—not stale at all.

Unfortunately, when I was ready to leave, someone had double-parked and blocked my driver’s side door. I went in twice asking if anyone had done it, and got no real answers until the third time, when a young Russian woman finally admitted it was her. She moved her car, but didn’t make much effort to clear enough space for a truck like mine to get out easily. Typical New York moment, I guess.

Been going to this Dunkin for many years now (practically every single day at a certain year). HATE the manager lady that works there. She is never of any use or take side with a customer. She had also been super unnecessarily bossy to her Co-workers where I had witnessed countless arguments even while customers are there. Aside from her, they have made many mistakes in orders even when it's not busy AT ALL and staffs are very rude. It's weird that the new staff members are kinda nice at first but after working there a while, it doesn't take them too long to turn sour. Wish there was a different dunkin nearby my house but this pathetic...

Disappointing Experience — Won’t Be Returning

I strongly advise against ordering drinks at this location. Every time, it takes at least 15 minutes to get your order — and it’s almost always wrong. I asked for a mocha Frappuccino with oat milk and ended up with a watery latte. When I pointed it out, the staff seemed more interested in arguing than correcting the mistake.

To be fair, the food is hot and comes out quickly, but the service and attitude just aren’t worth it. If I’m paying for something, it should be made right without the back-and-forth. This was my final visit to...
