Been coming to this Dunkin for 4 years & it’s fine? I guess? Sometimes? Like they usually give me what I order sure lol but like today is a perfect example of how they operate : I went in to order my coffee & food, a woman is putting cash into the register as I step up. She ignores me for a solid 3minutes while I stand there patiently waiting for her to address me (happy to wait for her to finish the task at hand before moving on to help a customer.) She finally looks up at me & goes “sorry, we’re closed for 5 minutes.” I’m looking at her like ??? & she repeats herself “we’re closed for like 5 minutes cuz we need time you know?” It’s 1:15pm. There was no one ahead of me & only one person in behind me in line. Like why didn’t she say that when she saw me waiting to begin with? I feel like this experience represents exactly the vibe of this Dunkin. It’s 5 minutes, I’ll be fine, I’ll run an errand and come back but…. Just take from my experience...
Read moreThe customer service in the mornings here is terrible. I came here about a month ago and waited over 5 minutes while my espresso and milk were both ready and the barista went to take new orders. I figured you know what? Maybe it was a bad day and a one time thing. But no. There's two baristas and ONCE AGAIN sets the espresso, sets the milk, and goes to the stock room with both things sitting there. If you know about coffee you are not supposed to let fresh espresso or milk just sit. So I ask the second barista who is doing nothing except looking like she's prepping sandwich items to pour my drink. With all the attitude in the world she overpoured both and then tried to cut me out of my full serving of espresso. I had her pour the rest which she gave me a blank look then proceeded to do. I had the decency to thank her for doing her job at my REQUEST WITH NO RESPONSE.

Read moreSo I placed a mobile order , when I go to pick up I don't see my latte on the counter so I ask the employee and he looks at me very confused. He proceeds to talk with another employee in their language then he pulls out a pink crumbled receipt from the TRASH can and asks me if that's my order and I confirm it is so he tells me that there is no more butter pecan swirls so I asked for donut swirl instead and after 3 attempts he could not understand me nor attempt or offer me anything else. So I get frustrated and say over and over to give me donut flavored latte and then he goes to make it I'm assuming. I finally get my drink and just left wondering why did they throw away the receipt for the mobile order when they never made the drink and since they ran out of butter pecan why did they not initially offer a alternative flavor? Did he except me to leave empty handed when I had already paid through the app??...
