I can't believe the experience I had in Duncan Donuts on September 28th I went into purchase my coffee and I asked for simple iced coffee with cream and caramel as the guy was making my coffee I happen to look over the counter which was right in front of me and he told me don't be looking over the counter at him watching him make it I can't understand where you getting these people from this is a free country we have eyes to see and yes I wanted to make sure he was making my coffee properly him he proceeded to embarrass me in front of everyone I am a senior not only that when I use my debit card two transactions would not go through due to them whatever they did the machine whatever but it was a coincidence I'm in there all the time and my card always works I had to even go to my banking and show them I had the money in my account which was 1,400 no person should have to go through that I don't know if it's the nationality that does this because of where they come from they're not used to talking to people appropriately then I educated how to deal with the public they don't get in service classes to be polite to people treat them the way you want to be treated so I'm giving this Dunkin' Donuts a star one it's the second time you haven't complaints with the culture of people that are working inside there they're rude and disrespectful communication classes they definitely need because it's not their house they're in and I'm posting this so that my future people of color will not have to go through the humiliation this is not a third world country that's why so many people migrate here it's a free country with respect to everyone's nationality teacher people how to...

I like this Dunkin Donuts. They have good customer service,coffee is always fresh and doughnuts as well. I became addicted to the French Cruller doughnuts.Every time I’d come here the French Cruller doughnut would be fresh. You could actually taste the custard and softness of the doughnut. It’s a small Dunkin Donuts and the seating arrangement can occupy 14 customers. I hope that one day the store size can expand .It would be nice to have a sufficient space to sit ,breathe and enjoy the delicious doughnuts they make with a cup of coffee.This will accommodate the communities of Sunnyside ,Woodside,L.I.C,as well as Astoria. A lot of people come in this area to shop at National Wholesale Liquidators, Modell’s, Five & Below and other popular stores in the area .It is a year round store which mean that business is constantly flowing. The reason I gave this store 4 out of 5 stars is only because at times due to the busy rush throughout the day the store may need cleaning. I think with a little better management this can be done. Let’s face it if you are eating in a restaurant you’d enjoy the food a little more if the environment was clean. Sometimes the floors are a little dirty and may need a sweep or the tables may need wiping. I think that this store may just need a little training not in a bad notion but just for business. I like the service. Always good. The one lady always gives my toddler daughter a free munchkin when I order. Why 3 stars? Only because they dont seem to keep enough vanilla cream donuts in stock daily. Also because they dont answer their phone.
