Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

The last few times at this location, I have to say that one particular employee has been down right impolite and isn’t able to multitask or work efficiently. Maybe she really doesn’t want to, or doesn’t know how to. Last week I went there with my daughter. All she wanted was one scoop of ice cream on a cone, that’s it. This employee was just giving a taste sample to the person in front of us. So that lady asked for a hand packed quart of ice cream with every freaking flavor of ice cream they could cram into the tub. The employee could’ve asked the lady to wait one sec to just serve one scoop, or get the male employee to serve the quart. But she didn’t. It took, I kid you not, about 20 minutes to get that scoop of ice cream. Why did I even wait that long?, because I had promised my 6 yr old ice cream after homework. So today, same employee, got an attitude when the cashier told her that my coffee order was unsweetened. She sucked her teeth and was upset that she was asked to remake the order. Then she told the cashier with an attitude that there were no gift card envelopes when I asked for one (I bought a GC). Meanwhile the cashier was like “I just saw a pack here today”. Unfortunately this DD is the nearest to my daughter’s school so it’s convenient, but not sure I’ll stop myself from telling her...

I was there late at night since about 9pm on 04/25/2017. I purchased a hot chocolate, then after I finished that, purchased two sandwiches and an orange juice. I received the food at about 9:40 and at 9:45 the man who seemed to be the manager proceeded to tell me they were closed. I looked at the time and gave him a puzzled look (he was behind the counter) and told him to give me a few minutes. He then came out from behind the counter and stood maybe two feet from the table I was sitting at!!! I told him he couldn't kick me out because I was a PAYING customer and I knew very well they didn't close at 9:50pm, they closed at 10pm. It was pouring outside and was waiting for my ride who was about 5 minutes away, but this man was STILL two feet from me telling me to LEAVE because apparently they were closed at 9:50pm.... never going back again, hoping to speak to whomever runs the place. I was extremely uncomfortable with that man being so close to me as if he was going to physically kick me out and extremely disrespected by his actions. DO NOT GO HERE. Walk a few more blocks to the nearest...

I went there on Tuesday 1/29/18 and the counter lady was staring at me and my family real hard, making us all feel uncomfortable. I talked about it to them later amd they saod they felt the same way.lole agg5 e was starimg too much. I dont k ownwhy but iwas as if she was discriminating us possible because i was with a baby who wasnt crying at all but waz a little fussy. Still. no othwr customer had a proble. With it but she loomed like she really did the moment he started. So i hated the way zhe was staring at me. And when i stared back she wouldnt even brek her stare. It was very disrespectful. The next day i went back they statin Kicking me put at 9:35 whem they close at 10 pm. Not 9:40. So im offended by their customer...
