Two In One — Restaurant in New York

When first time entering this location was greeted by a cheerful girl with glasses who helped a lot. The second time this other lady was there and didn’t want to release the food to let me confirm because she was on the phone and didn’t want to let me go till she was done. This was very rude to keep me and the food hostage, she could have easily pushed the food over like for the other customer before me. It’s easy ears and mouth on the phone hand eyes to see me confirm. Then for her rudeness threatened to report me. Can’t tell you about the food which I didn’t get to order. The entrance was a netted door which was broken and I tripped over it. No one asked me if I was ok. I said to the girl about the door and says that she did not see because her back was towards me. Even with that she did not apologize or ask to see if I’m ok. Very rude.
