The first time I went it was so nice, it was a kind wonderful man there who made sure I was good. I promised to be a valued customer and come back which I did… The second time I came back, the older nice man wasnt there. It was an old lady with glasses on, who served me a dry old stale quesadilla & when I told her nicely that I didn’t want this and can I have something else, she didn’t care about my feelings or food being dry and stale, she had an attitude & told me I still have to pay and she put three croquettes de pollo on my plate with barely any sauce given, (she didn’t even make the full meal as the picture, no sides or nothing, she was rude!!!!) smh 🤦🏾♀️ the sauce cup was so small, I couldn’t fit my food inside to dip it… and she had the nerve to have an attitude when I asked her for some more sauce… Honestly she should be fired, she makes the restaurant a horrible experience and she’s totally unprofessional. I tipped 1 dollar even though I didn’t want to, it’s so sad because the restaurant could be so good. If they just get rid of the bad fruit…. 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ Won’t be returning ever again. Can’t believe I was asked, do I really need more sauce??? Yikes 😬 lady has issues, not too mention seen the lady try to serve another lady some old rotten salad 🥗 and then put it back up instead of trashing it. 🤦🏽♂️ and she looked shocked when she walked out and didn’t eat it. When you have customers you offer your best, not the scraps and you give service with a smile, if you don’t like the job just quit instead making people miserable cause it’s potentially the family...
Read moreAs you can see this restaurant has denied my service dog and myself from eating here on thanksgiving. I tried to explain to the MANAGER that my dog is a service dog. She stated she needs to see papers about him being a service dog. I kindly explained to her that you are not allow to ask me for any form of documentation because it will tell them my disability. She said well you can’t eat here I explained to her I ate there a week before with no issue and my dog stays in his car seat. She had a whole attitude and rather argue about my dog being there and not once did my dog bark. My dog weights 2.87 pounds. I’m more upset that she was very dismissive about my dog being a service dog. She said you have to be blind to be a service dog. Which is false. This restaurant was happy to take my $200 dollar bill the week before with my dog but denied me and told me the waiter was not suppose to serve me. This is her restaurant and she’s the owner. Which she is not she just the manger. I will be taking legal action toward this restaurant...
Read moreThe food itself is good majority of the time 7/10. There has been times that you can clearly tell the staffing did not care about how the food was served such as my food being extremely overcooked and not edible in certain areas.
When it comes to customer service, it’s one of the worst 0/10. They are only attentive to certain people, honestly people of their own culture. Every single time that i have gone to pick up my own order, they will not acknowledge me standing waiting. When i say excuse me to get someone’s attention they act like they don’t hear you. They take first place for worst customer service. I wish management would do something to change this but they all encourage this kind of behavior because they all act the same. I’ve witnessed an employee hang up the phone on an angry customer because of a delivery that never made it to them and the other employees supported that by saying she wasn’t wrong for hanging up. I have lived around this area for years and it has always been this way. They should work on...
