Double Dragon — Restaurant in New York

When moving to the Bronx this was my go to Chinese restaurant. Yesterday I ordered my family and I food for dinner. The chicken wings was not fresh, it tasted like old refried chicken. I even found a rotten wing in my order, the flesh was black including the skin. The ketchup and BBQ sauce are watered down. The pork fried rice only had about 5 to 6 extremely small pieces of pork in it. I don't order Chinese food much but when you think you found the right one but then they switch up on there food quality, it's time to part ways. Bottom line: Customer service, sweet and polite. Delivery guy, was cool. Food package, was secure properly. Food quality was poor. Please keep it fresh and clean. Also, change your fries please to the crinkle cut because the ones you serve are dry and tasteless. Just like your establishment demand money for your product(food), we the people investing our hard earned money into your business every time we buy your food, expect for our food to be on point ALL the time not a hit or miss because we don't have hit or miss money...

I have been ordering my meals from Double dragon for 10 years. Always get delivery. The food has always been fresh, and hot. The Dragon has always prepared my orders exactly how I wanted. No veggies,xtra onion and bean sprouts,no soy sauce only duck sauce etc.. Well this evening I ordered my favorite egg foo yung and I asked for the egg too be cooked well so it wouldn’t be soggy. My favorite delivery man came and when I started to prepare my plate the egg was super soft and soggy. Called n spoke to the manager and they sent me another order but the second order was even worse and it had a weird taste and thin hard black pieces like burnt bones. I appreciate the fact that the manager and the staff tried to make things right but in my opinion they need to get rid of this chef because the chef that was there b4 made the best food ever.No matter what I ordered it was always fresh and cooked...

Food doesn't taste good, no flavor. Singapore Mei Fun - no seafood I see except a couple shrimp.. not weldone.welcome.. its all plain..dry Beef Egg foo young is ok, but sauce that come s with it doesn't taste good at all.. its all black color.. weird Veg fried rice I told her spicy - they just dnt want to make any other way that customer asked.. they do what they can, nothing more...

Lucky star on Kingsbridge road is more better chinese option than this.

I only ordered here because it's Tuesday, and the Lucky star chinese is closed on Tuesday.. Never...
