Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Ordered online and received it well. No problem with my order, but I asked the barista who made my drink if they are hiring and if I can speak to the manager since I saw the “hiring now” poster outside. I had asked the lady if she was Bengali because she looked familiar and she responded yes. But the next thing she said was that they are not hiring any Bengali people because they have a lot already…. ok 🤨My question is why does race matter when hiring at Dunkin? What does my race have to do with anything in this job? Why should my race be the reason that without knowing if I have experience or any skills that I needed for the job, (I do have experience as a Dunkin barista) you straight up just say you won’t be even considering hiring me. I want to know what was the reason of them saying that? If I have the ability to prove that I am worthy of that job and that my skills are good enough from the months of experience I had, why and how my race even...

I really love Dunkin! My fav drink always Dunkalatte, so good and refreshing. Also my to-go food is always cream cheese bagel. So tasty and fresh. Staff is very nice, always smiling and friendly. I go there many times and always good experience.

But I just want to say one thing small — many time they don’t have Everything Bagel. I go specially for that, but it’s out of stock. Maybe more people like it, but still… maybe management can try to keep more stock? It’s sad when you want it but can’t get it.

Also, this location always very busy. If I order latte and bagel, they give latte first and then I wait long for bagel. So hot coffee become cold by the time bagel ready. Not staff fault — they working hard — but maybe just add more staff? Because they really have so much work. One or two people can’t do everything fast.

But honestly, I still love Dunkin. Staff very sweet, food and drinks always amazing. Just small things to improve will...

Ordered two strawberry dragondruit refreshers and when I got them they had no ice. I ask for ice and the staff say there is no ice. Now normally I would be fine with this because things happen but it's not okay to have me pay for drinks and not warn me about shortages. Mind you other people were ordering iced drinks and not mentioning there was no ice. I just took my drinks and left since as long as the drink still tasted good it would be fine. My friends, they did not even add the strawberry dragonfruit to my drink. It was only the green tea part. The staff either forgot, or did not have refresher either and pulled a fast one on me. Never have I had a Dunkin cheat me out of my money, most other stores would have the deceny to warn me of shortages or outright ask me to order something else. I'm never coming here again and I hope that I can warn others to avoid this place since management is ok with scamming their...
