Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I am very disappointed, angry and mad. Yesterday I went into your establishment tired, I could barely stand on my feet and thought that I would drink coffee and come to my senses a little, and when I went in I was immediately shocked. It all looked like a dirty street Wallet. There were papers lying around on the floor, coffee was spilled everywhere, and the most important thing is that the service there is a complete nightmare, horror .. firstly, they barely took the order, then they gave me the wrong coffee, when I told them that I had another order, they completely mixed everything up. I ordered coffee that was too hot, they made me cold, I don’t know, sorry, like urine, and my second order was black coffee without milk without sugar for my husband and they made me with milk, my husband poured this coffee out onto the street, and there was a woman standing in front of me, she ordered two hot coffees, when she took the order, she came back in seconds and said that they also made her cold coffee and she ordered hot, they have no idea what service is. There were two girls working there, they were constantly discussing something between themselves, I don't even know normal English, in short, mine won't be there. Was so excited to see a Dunkin Donuts in my old neighborhood. It looked so nice. Firstly waited almost ten min on line. Was going to leave but decided to stay because I really loved Dunkin. Next when I went up to the cashier she took my order. I ordered a twisted bagel toasted with cream cheese. She then turned around with NO GLOVES did take a tissue paper and grabbed my bagel and left on the counter for the guy who was toasting and making the sandwich. He then as I watched in horror did have gloves on, but opened several draws which were under where he was standing and then went in the back room all the while still wearing the gloves. He comes out and then starts to grab the food. I had asked him if he had changed his gloves before touching the food knowing full well he didn't and he looked at me with a blank stare and gave me a very nasty look like I had done something wrong!!! He then started taking off his gloves and then tells me in a nasty way now you will wait. He then starts to work super slow washing his hands and doing other things. That was the last straw. I asked for my money back and walked out. What a disappointment. Dunkin Donuts you should be doing better....

Everyone that was stung by this ponzi scheme call 311. The Department of Consumer and Worker Protection would love to hear about it! So these "honest" business folks teamed up with a private towing company to keep their parking lot cleared of non customers. Fun fact even though you made a purchase with them you are still not considered a customer if you dare leave the premise of the building or ur car and go outside for a private phone call or maybe sit on a sunny bench across the street or something. Although there is a 30 minute warning that I did abide by they still tolled my car. Purchased coffee at 11:09 had my car tolled at 11:20. Can't wait to go legal against both so called businesses.
