WB Deli & Grill — Restaurant in New York

Came here during my lunch break , the sign stated what came with the burger along with the price. When I went to pay I told the man behind the counter what I ordered he asked if I had fries I told him yes. After waiting a while for my food because it was busy only the burger was brought to the front I asked the man where the fries were he explained it is a different price. Which was very odd because it says in print the fries are included , I understand the sign may be out of date how ever I told him before I paid I wanted fries. Not much more to be said other than the worker did a good job helping me get in and out and I sadly did not have a deli cat sighting on my last visit.
