I go there all the time before my work shift for a coffee and each and every time there’s this guy with glasses that takes my order. He always takes a long time to make my drink which isn’t much to make and he takes his sweet time. One time I ordered a breakfast sandwich and I saw him making my order with 1 glove on and the 1 bare hand. When I asked him why didn’t he use gloves on both hands, he stood there looking dumbfounded and said he did use gloves. WRONG ! You used one glove then on top of that he was using that same glove to deal with money and food. That’s an issue and he seemly doesn’t understand that. I wouldn’t really recommend anyone going there unless he’s not there or unless you just really needs some caffeine. He’s very rude too, you could drive up to the window and the window will be open and he doesn’t even greet you or ask you to give him a second or anything. Today I pulled up and my drink is sitting there and he’s doing a whole bunch of typing on the register so I’m thinking he’s doing my open but he had his phone out and it seemed like he was placing a large online order or something. I literally sat there for about a 5 minute period until I asked him “how long is that going to take” then he wants to ask me “what did you order ?” Then gives me my drink after I paid. Read moreI go to this establishment every other morning and after afternoon. Mostly twice in one day. I usually order a Matcha or refresher. This morning the cashier named Mowsum rung up my order wrong. She was rushing and wasn’t really listening to what everyone was ordering. I asked for a medium iced Matcha latte with 3 vanilla shots instead of receiving this she put in for an original latte. I informed her of the incorrect order and instead of her trying to fix her mistake she became rude and started going back and forth with me. She said “ I ordered an iced latte Matcha with vanilla shots”. I said” exactly”. Then she goes “ no you ordered an original latte”. So one of the female workers that was making drinks at the time stopped what she was doing to apologize and correct my order. (I should’ve asked for her name). Some of the female cashiers at this establishment lack customer service skills. Usually, the male manager is there and he’s very nice and helpful. Read moreI am writing this review because yesterday, 12/24, at about 10:40 AM, I visited the Dunkin' Donuts located at 2492 Linden Boulevard, Brooklyn, NY 11208, and ordered three large drinks. I asked for no ice because I did not want to weaken the coffee with melted ice. The person taking my order told me that if I requested no ice, there would be an additional charge. I have requested no ice at other locations and have never been told there is an additional charge.
Is this what they do in Black and Brown communities? In other areas, this has NEVER occurred. Since when is a customer's request for no ice an additional charge?
