Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Place is clean and the people are nice, especially the manager. However they lost me as a customer for good yesterday. I go in there several times a week so they know me well. I placed an order yesterday and as I went to the side to get it I realized I forgot part of my order then asked one of the young girls if she could help me out and just let me order it with her there and pay in lieu of getting back on the long line that had formed and she wouldn’t do it and made me stand in line again and wait. I mean she is a young kid, probably no older than 17. So I wouldn’t expect her customer service skills to be top notch but that was still wild to me nonetheless. Customer service is important. Was there on Sunday and purchased a dozen donuts around 6pm , we opened the box an hour later and every donut was on the hard side. I will never go back again , ,Those were donuts from the morning , they should of been thrown out and not sold to a customer . If a customer purchases donuts spending $20.00 ,the customer expects fresh donuts . My mistake for assuming your store sells fresh donuts....

The blonde old lady is horrible at making drinks. My coffee tasted like straight milk, even though I added blueberry flavoring (which I tasted NONE of), and it was almost completely white. Not an ounce of sugar, flavoring, or COFFEE. JUST MILK. And not even good milk, it was somehow extremely bitter? How is it bitter without the taste of coffee? The other workers make it...
