I ordered a Boston Cream donut along with other things on the app. I arrived and picked up my order. When I was ready to eat my donut, I saw that it was a chocolate donut. I called. I told the woman 3 times what happened. She repeatedly asked me what time I wanted to pick up my order. She wasn’t understanding anything I was saying. I again told her that I did not want to place an order, and that they gave me the wrong donut. She then told me that they didn’t have Boston Cream. I told her I wanted a refund, and she told me to come back to the store. I returned to the store, and she told me that they couldn’t give me a refund because I ordered online. So, they refused to refund my money and I didn’t even get the donut I paid for. I returned the donut to them, and I left. They told me to call the customer service number on the receipt. There isn’t a customer service number on the receipt. I hate this location. Truly aggravating experience. Update: I completed a survey that the receipt had advertised on it. I was contacted within a day of that survey being complete. The district manager gave me a $5 coupon. I’m satisfied with that outcome. Read moreWhen I arrived at the store and was looking at menu on the wall I decided to order the Lava Colada which is coconut and strawberry (As it clearly says on the wall) to share with my friend. When I got an orange and white looking drink and tasted it, there was Chamoy and Tajin in it. My friend is allergic to Chamoy and I was just happy they didn’t try it first. When I told the workers at the counter, two young(er) ladies, that they had made the wrong drink, they took it behind the wall and were scooping it out. I asked them to make a new one because my friend was allergic and they refused. I explicitly pointed to the sign where it said what the drink consisted of and they said I was incorrect. I asked again to remake it to what I actually paid for and they wouldn’t. By then, I was annoyed and walked out. I work in the same area of food and drink and I would never act like I was completely right when so obviously not like they did. Very rude for people who didn’t know what they were talking about. I then continue to order a vanilla latte. As soon as I finish paying for I notice that they are advertising a free medium when you buy something. I said. You told me you were not doing this? She say oh yea but you have to buy something. I said. I just did she said oh you had to ask before. This is terrible customer service. She refused to honor and acted she did not understand English.
