Was trying to order frozen mocha latte and was waiting in the frozen drink station 7/19/23 @ 5:30pm. At 1st I thought first employee was cleaning and the 2nd employee was serving and taking orders. After 10 minutes waiting the 1st employee WAS making the frozen drinks without any acknowledgement of my presence. The 2nd employee was serving a customer that a sandwich was missing (which was informed it was discontinued). After making her a different sandwich he acknowledged me and I told him of the frozen mocha coffee I wanted to order. He told me I would have to go back on line (behind 4 people) to pay first. Within seconds I left and went to STARBUCKS across the street behind CVS and MARSHALLS. For the same price I got lg.Mocha cookie crumble Frappacino within 5...

Stay away from this place. Around 4 pm, me and my friend ordered 2 medium Strawberry Daydream drinks. Service was slow and it wasted our time, only for the rude old man to hand us something completely different and say, “just try it.” Instead of being honest that they didn’t have what we ordered, he forced a random drink on us. When I went back, he finally admitted, “we don’t have that one, you want mango?” Really? Why not be upfront from the start. His attitude was disgusting, his face showed it, and the service was completely unprofessional. Just because we are younger doesn’t mean you can put anything you want in our drinks. This Duncan is a disgusting location. I literally walked out without my order. The girl who was making my food doesn't follow food preparation guidelines. The management is a big joke as well. extremely unprofessional and dose not care about the customers.
